Friends and family are invited to visit on Thursday, September 16th, from 9am-8pm. The Holy Rosary will be held on Thursday, September 16th, at 7 p.m. at Lodi Funeral Home. A chapel service will be held on Friday, September 17th, at 11 a.m. at Lodi Funeral Home. Committal will follow at Cherokee Memorial Park. Donations in her memory may be made to Hospice of San Joaquin at 3888 Pacific Ave. Stockton CA 95204 and Native Daughters of Golden West Mission Restoration at P.O. box 72, Elk Grove, CA 95759. A virtual register book may be signed at www.lodifuneralhome.com. Lodi Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.

I knew your family when we attended grade school, and Irene was in my grade. I remember coming to your house and having some fun birthday parties, and I remember Robert dancing for us. Those were happy times and your mother always had such good food for us. I pray your happy memories will bring you peace and comfort in the days ahead. I am sorry to hear about your mother. Oh my goodness Elvira~ What are we going to do without you and your wonderfulness.
I am surely going to miss you, however I cherish the years we worked at Foster Freeze, and at the Oak St. Cafe for just a short time.
I can still hear you complaining about making Eric's double cheeseburger, extra cheese and pickels.... you would not have it anyother way, nor would you let anyone else do it! You were, and always will be the Queen!
I love you and your family~ 'till we meet again! I wonder if you will run into Eric!! probably eating a cheeseburger :)

Yvonne, our thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. Your Mom has been a neighbor and friend of our family for generations and we will all miss her. She will always be remembered as a warm and special person. We were all lucky to have known her throughout the years.
