As Charlyn's first Tai Chi teacher, I will always remember her brave spirit and strong sense of humor. She never took herself too seriously, and she was always so thoughtful of others. She had a certain independence about her, and a flair for living life fully. I was so impressed with her courage in facing the challenges of life head-on. What a beauty she was! Inside and out. I am so sorry to hear that she is gone, but her memory is indelible. She is truly one that is unforgettable. I will keep her in my heart. Glenda Hesseltine Eureka, Calif.

I just recently met Charlyn, and spent many nights with her as her care giver. It was a wonderful experience spending time with her and going down memory lane. She makes a great fruit cake and one nite about 10:00 pm she remembered the cake needed more brandy. We sat in the kitchen talking about her cake and adding the brandy, what a great night that was for her. Thank you Charlyn, Always Jan Royce

Charlyn was a beautiful lady. Along with all her many ventures, she so enjoyed her weekly Tai Chi classes. Our Monday mornings won't be the same without you. Blessings to your family at this time.

How the years have flown since Ken worked the vineyards on Harney Lane with the 'Lauchland girls'. Their mom and dad taught them how to work hard. We were always welcomed in when we stopped by the house, too. We wish you all peace and comfort as you remember the good times of Charlyn's life with you.
