We are sorry to hear about your sudden loss. Your family has been though so much in such a short period of time. Your Dad (and Mom) were kind people who always thought about the effects on others, as opposed to themselves. Your Dad will be sorely missed.

Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the USN during the Cold War. Millions of Americans slept safe at night because you and your fellow servicemen stood ready to defend our Country. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

Dear Karen and Family,
We are sorry for your great loss. Clyde was a great friend to my father and they enjoyed many of the same things in life. We feel so honered to be able to have Duncan with us. He is a very good dog and fits right in with our family. We never got to thank Clyde for him but I hope he knows that we love him and will give him the best care. With our heartfelt condolences,

Karen,
To your family, my heart and love go out to you at this most difficult time in your life. Your father was a dear friend of mine and always will be as we had so much in common, Red Sox games we went to, golf or just talking on the phone almost everyday. I will miss his e-mails as well. I will never forget him as long as I live.

I am very honored to have been your only child-your little girl. I adore you and learned so much from your wisdom, your strength and your courage. Take care of mom and nan for me, and I will take care of your littlest turds.

My thoughts are with you all at this difficult time. Clyde will always have a special place in my heart as a friend and father figure. He was a tough yet caring man who was always willing to help others when they were at thier lowest point. I will miss Clyde greatly.
