Nicole, Danielle, Lynette and Al,
I just learned of Kathryn’s passing and to say I was saddened and shocked is an understatement.
I remember Kathryn being at Danielle and Andrea’s basketball games and at games when Nic played with both Andrea and me. She had the sweetest smile and was a very joyful girl. I always enjoyed Kathryn’s company and wanted her kind spirit around… I know what it’s like to be the youngest of 3 girls!
My deepest sympathies go to all of you. You are in my thoughts.
Heartfelt Condolences and Warmest Regards,

Andrea Proctor (Greenlee)

Dear Luongo Family,

I am so sorry to hear of Kathryn's passing. I just received this sad news today and can hardly believe it. I remember Kathryn as a young, sweet girl who would come over to the Dastous' house and say "hi" to me whenever I was there. She always had a big smile for me. I haven't seen her for a long, long time but this image I have of her is how I will always remember sweet, little Kathryn.

My heartfelt condolences to you all,
Andrea (Greenlee) Proctor

The Luongo's-my second family,
I write this with such a heavy heart and my heart aches for the pain and sadness you are feeling. When I think of Kathryn, I think of the girl I met in Miss Laurie's class (she coughed and coughed). We have shared so many wonderful memories as children and as adults. I can still remember playing barbies in your basement, Kath teaching me how to swim, and getting beat up by Nicole at the rock in your front yard.
You truly are a wonderful family and I am grateful to have been a part of that as well as Kath being a part of our family. We will all miss her and keep her in our hearts. I hope she knows that I love her.
I am thinking of you all with lots of love!

The Luongo's- my second family,
I write this with such a heavy heart, and my heart aches for the pain and sadness you are feeling. You truly are a wonderful family and I cherish all the memories we have had over the years.
When I think of Kathryn, I see that girl in Miss Laurie's class, she coughed and coughed. We have had so many memories as children and as adults that can not be forgotten. I can still remember playing barbies in your basement, Kath teaching me how to swim, playing ball with Sandy, and Nick beating us up on the rock in the front yard.
I am so saddened by Kathryn's passing but grateful to have known her. I will miss the fun times we have had -from corned beef and cabbage dinners to Easter at Danielle's. I am thankful for being a part of your lives and thankful that Kath was a part of my family. We all loved her and will miss her dearly. She was a great girl with a big heart. I hope she knows that I love her.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, ""I welcome you.""

It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.

God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......""My day was not in vain.""
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.
