I just came across this obituary now, 13 years later. You were my soulmate and continue to be even in spirit. I thank you for always being there, good times and bad, for calling me out and lifting me up. You were the truest friend I had back then, and your passing left a hole in me that can only be filled with your spirit. If there is a next life, I hope we find each other again. If not, I´m glad we got to share love and friendship in this one. I´ll always love you Charlie. Forever.

Seven months have passed and I am just now putting some thoughts to words. When Charlie and I were younger kids; we played, we fought and joked around. We were two typical brothers. Charlie and I were definitely opposites. He was more outgoing and active and I was more of an intravert. It took me leaving home to realize how much I loved and appreciated my brother. I always looked forward to coming home and spending my leave time with all my family. I hold those special times to heart when Charlie and I would go out for a ride in his car or take a train down to Boston and visit Mike's Pastries for coffee and treats. We would spend hours in a day talking about what has happened since we last saw each other. I know that I must not dwell on the "what if" mentality but, i do think about "what if" I would have been there to support and encourage him through the smooth and rough waters of his life. It is my GOD and Savior Jesus Christ who keeps me sound-minded through the challenging times of living with the loss of my brother. This deeply heart-felt tragedy has come to make me realize that life is very precious and to take time for family and loved ones. I thank my parents for their loving sacrifice of bringing up two grown men. I thank my Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins for their love and support through the years. I thank Tara Ann for being there to love and support Charlie; he really loved and cared for her more than she knows. I also thank Charlie's friends for being there for him throughout the years. I leave now with this; Love God, Love Family, Love Friends and take that extra time to say "I Love You". I am glad the last conversation I had with my brother, on the morning of 1 September 2008, ended with both of us saying "I Love You".

Dear Larry and Lucy this is Randy Bouatick and I am his friend of Charlie Boggio. I knew him for a long time since 12 to 17 years. I am sorry to hear about Chariie Boggio has been gone. I haven't seen him when the last time I met Charlie at his house for like 4 times. Now Lucy told me about recent today 2/18/09 at Dunkin Donuts. She told me that Charlie was gone and I was surprising that I had lost him. I haven't hanged out with Charlie because I don't really have much time to going out for FUN you know. It was too late... I'm very sorry that I didn't know Charlie was working then he going home. But I always remembered Charlie when he was 10 years old and I was like 13 years old he was so funny kid and now he isn't.....
