Our thoughts and prayers go out to Margaret Mary and all the Flynn family on the passing of Jack. We have known Jack since we were teenagers hanging around the Flynn home. He was always friendly and outgoing. He will be missed.

To the family of John Flynn,
My condolences go out to you. John was a great guy to work with on the LPD. John's forte was in the communications center where he handled every situation as a true professional. It was a pleasure and an honor to have worked with him.

Uncle Jack was one of the funniest, most thoughtful, and generous people I'll ever have the honor of knowing. Like so many others, I will miss him terribly, but I will also keep a very fond place for him in my heart for all times.

My condolences to Rita, Jodi, Jimmy, Johnny, Rick, Kylee, and to his sisters, Monica and Margaret Mary; you are in my prayers daily.

Our heartfelt condolence to John's family on this difficult moment. I remember John when I first started at the Lowell Police Department back in 1971. John besides a friend was a great Police Officer and a more powerfull partner. His expertise and friendship gave me confidence on difficult situations when other naive police officers rejected me being in the force. In Puerto Rico our family will have him on our prays and hope GOD will give the rest of you the needed strengh to hold on.
May GOD be with you all.

To the Family of Jack:
He was probably the best dispatcher I've ever met. He became a "legend" in his own time. When I first joined the force, he taught me all the police districts of the City and the cruiser assignments.
Many a cop owes his job and his life to Jack's expertise. R.I.P. Brother.

My condolences to the Flynn family. I'll never forget the times working along side of Jack as a dispatcher with the Lowell P.D. He was a good man.
