Dear Mahoney Family,
I have known Jack for as long as he worked at Markert Basket. Your beloved father would always say to me " HI Neighbor!" with his great smile. Since we only lived around the corner from each other. May the Peace and Love of God embrace Jack's family as we celebrate his life and trust that he is truly at home. I will always remember Jack and his cheerfilled greetings everytime we met whether at church, Demoulas or on the street. A true Prince and friend. A model for us all.

John was such a gentleman and such a joy to be around. He always had a kind word to say for everyone. My husband and I worked with John at Phillips Lab, which is now the Air Force Research Lab, but no matter how many times the lab changes it's name or people come and go, John Mahoney's "Walkway" will live on. He built it and maintained it and it is still there with his name shining brightly on his sign after all these years. Doug and I offer our sincere sympathies to all of John's family.

I would like to send my sincere condolences to the family of John Mahoney. I knew him from shopping at Market Basket. He was one of the nicest baggers and a happy face to see. He always made me smile and was so polite, it was a joy to have known him. I will miss seeing him at Market Basket. God Bless him @ his family.
