H. Esther Gray of Merrimack, NH, 87 Merrimack, NH H. Esther Gray, 87, of Merrimack, NH and formerly of Chelmsford, died on Sunday, September 14, 2008. She was the beloved wife of Robert W. Gray who survives her and resides in Merrimack, NH to whom she had been married for 66 loving years. She was born on June 27, 1921 in Lowell, daughter of the late Harry and Ida (Anderson) Bell. She was a graduate of the Burdette Business School in Lowell. Prior to her retirement she worked as a teller for the City Institution for Savings which later became the Lowell Five Cent Savings Bank. She was a former member of the Central Congregational Church, Chelmsford. She enjoyed music, art, gardening and cooking. She loved her family, her pets and her home. In addition to her loving husband she is survived by two daughters, Judith E. Gray of NH and Karen L. Barbere and her husband Francis "Bud" Barbere of NH, three grandchildren, Erik Barbere of ME, Mark Barbere of NH and Joseph Barbere of NH; a sister, Elaine Muirhead of IL, four nieces and three nephews. GRAY H. Esther Gray, 87, of Merrimack, NH and formerly of Chelmsford, died on Sunday, September 14, 2008. Memorial Visiting hours will be held on Saturday afternoon from 2 to 3pm followed by a Memorial Service at the BLAKE FUNERAL HOME, 24 Worthen St., Chelmsford. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Humane Society for Greater Nashua, 24 Ferry Rd., Nashua, NH 03064. Arrangements by BLAKE FUNERAL HOME, Chelmsford. www.blakefuneralhome.com
