Janet Murphy Obituary

Janet V. Murphy formerly of Lowell and Nashua; 72 PLANO, Texas Janet V. Murphy, 72, longtime Lowell and Nashua resident died unexpectedly Saturday, September 27, in Plano, Texas where she has resided with family for the past four years. She was born on March 23, 1936, daughter to the late Anthony and Olive Veiga of Chelmsford. She is survived by daughters, Nancy Murphy, Patricia Marenghi and husband, John, all of Plano, TX; sons, Robert Murphy of Francestown, NH, and John Murphy of Pelham, NH. She is also survived by her loving granddaughter, Megan Marenghi of Plano, TX; and many special friends. Mrs. Murphy was a devoted mother who loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed frequent trips to Disney World, boating, spending time at the lake, and supporting her granddaughter's gymnastic endeavors. MURPHY Services will be held on Friday, October 3 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Plano, TX. Flowers may be sent to St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, 2700 West Spring Creek Pkwy, Plano, TX 75023.

What a gal Janet was! Such a loss for so many people but she left a great legacy in her children. Her spirit lives on. She was deeply loved by her Fairfield St. family and we will miss her.
