Arthur V. Olsen of N. Chelmsford, MA; 42 N. CHELMSFORD Arthur V. Olsen, 42, of Woodsville, NH, formerly of N. Chelmsford, died unexpectedly of a sudden heart attack, on Monday October 13, 2008, at the Cottage Hospital in Woodsville, NH. Born in Lowell, MA, on Sept. 7, 1966, the son of Rosemary (Spaulding) Olsen of N. Chelmsford, and the late Arthur Olsen. Arthur was raised in Chelmsford, and graduated from Chelmsford High School with the Class of 1985. Arthur lived in N. Chelmsford, MA most of his life, and had moved to Woodsville, NH four years ago where he operated his own excavating business. He was a self-employed heavy equipment operator for over 20 years. He worked at the Chelmsford Dept. of Public Works, and in his early years, he worked at the Chelmsford Cemetery Dept. He enjoyed gun and bow hunting, fishing and the outdoors. He also enjoyed watching wildlife. He enjoyed playing drums and running the light shows for local bands. Besides his mother, he is survived by his fiancée, Brenda Beaulieu of Ryegate, VT; his stepfather, John Illg of N. Chelmsford; his sister, Sharon A. Leclair of Lowell; a nephew and two nieces, Michael Andersen, Chantel and Cherie Leclair, all of Lowell; five aunts and four uncles, Linda and Jim Sacco of Fairfield, CA, Evelyn Langley of N. Chelmsford, MA, Barbara Heath of Wells River, VT, Diane and John Peabody of Windham, NH, Carl and Sue Olsen of Tewksbury, and Edgar Olsen of Tewksbury, MA; many cousins and dear friends. Eventhough it has been a couple of years since I've seen Arthur.
The last time I seen him was when he was with a local band that
performed at my home for a birthday party.Eventhough It was years before I saw him again I use to see him everyday when I lived
down the street from him when I lived in chelmsford when he hung around with my older sister.We were so sorry to hear of your loss.

He always made us laugh when he ran lights for Jimmy's bands. We all had so much fun because of his love, his personality, and sense of security that he gave us girls. He was simply "An Awesome Man and Friend".
