Doris Maille Obituary

Doris T. Maille of Dracut, Lowell yarn co. retiree; 81 DRACUT Doris T. "Catin" (Casaubon) Maille, age 81, a longtime resident of Dracut, died Saturday evening October 25, 2008 at a local healthcare facility. She was the beloved wife of Robert J. Maille. Born in Lowell, MA, on December 8, 1926, she was a daughter of the late Edouard J. and Alberta "Blanche" (Saucier) Casaubon. Prior to her retirement, she had been employed as a cone winder for over 30 years by Synthetic Yarns, formerly of Lowell. Surviving her besides her husband are a sister, Simone R. Garneau of Lowell; a sister-in-law, Irene Casaubon of Nevada; nieces and nephews, Elaine and Jerry Meuse, Lucien "Butch" and Diane Garneau, Lucy and Ted McCue, Robert Casaubon, Ronald Casaubon, Russell Casaubon; grand nieces and nephews; a special great-grandnephew, Dominic Cicchetti; and a special cousin, Yvette Saucier of Framingham, MA. She was also the sister of the late Marcel E. Casaubon, and sister-in-law of the late Lucien H. Garneau. MAILLE Doris T. "Catin" (Casaubon). It being her request there will be no calling hours. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her committal service to be held on Tuesday afternoon at 1 o'clock in the Chapel of St. Joseph Cemetery, 96 Riverneck Rd., Chelmsford. Burial will follow in the family lot. Arrangements by the ROLAND W. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, 308 Pawtucket St., Lowell. Funeral Directors Roland W. Martin and Daniel R. Martin. 978-454-5214.
