Fran and family,
Norma and I just returned from a week out of town to find the flags at half staff. We just learned of Harold's death, and want you to know that our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
Harold's amazingly hard work on behalf of the residents of Westford will remembered and appreciated by all who knew him.

Haffie, Debbie, Mrs Fletcher and the Fletcher family Carol & I are very sorry for your loss. Mr Fletcher was a good man who had a incredible amount of responsibility as head of the Water Department for the town of Westford. His contributions and sense of volunteerism to the town of Westford with the ambulance fund etc were significant, his legacy will live on.

Harold was truly a wonderful person, and good friend! He gave of himself to everyone, especilly to all the residents of Westford. He always had a giving & caring heart, and a faithful loyalty to his hometown & townspeople. He will never be forgotten......He lives on through his Sons, and their Families.
