I have known Phil both as a favorite client and as a dear friend. The whole office would laugh when he would call from Florida and ask for a weather report when we were in 12 inches of snow.
I always enjoyed our lunches that were peppered with his wry sense of humor. He loved his family and will be missed by so many.
