Edmund J. "Buddy" Higgins Jr.

Edmund J. 'Buddy' Higgins Jr. formerly of Billerica, Vietnam War veteran; 55 BILLERICA/LAS VEGAS Edmund J. "Buddy" Higgins Jr., age 55, husband of Cheryl Underwood, died Wednesday October, 17, 2007, in Las Vegas, after medical complications. He was born in Cambridge, Aug. 29, 1952, the son of Edmund Sr. and Rita (Lane) Higgins, both of Billerica, MA. He was a Billerica resident most of his life, and recently moved to Las Vegas. He was a disabled veteran of the U.S. Navy, and served in the Vietnam War. He had worked for MA Highway for over 30 years, as a supervisor. He was very active in the VFW, and was a member and former quarter master of Solomon Post 8819 in Billerica. He is survived by his wife, Cheryl, his sons, Edmund and his wife, Amber, Andrew and his wife, Noelle, Charles, and Joseph; his brother, Gary and Marie Higgins; his three sisters, Debbie and Lenny Houghton, Carol (Higgins) and the late Wally O'Brien, Reeny and Roland McKenney, all of Billerica; as well as many nieces and nephews. He was also the stepson of the late Howard Davis of Ohio. HIGGINS Of Billerica/Las Vegas, October 17, Edmund J.
