Patrick A. Frye A Proud Member of Lowell's Durkin Family BOSTON Patrick A. Frye, a Highlands neighborhood resident and the beloved son of Mark R. and Teresa F. (Durkin) Frye died Saturday morning, October 27, 2007 at Massachusetts General Hospital. He was 20 years old. Born in Bogotá, Colombia on June 20, 1987, Patrick came home to the United States with his parents when he was just 2 months old. He attended the Washington School, the Daley Middle School and was a graduate of Lowell Catholic High School, Class of 2006. Pat also attended Middlesex Community College in Lowell. He had just received a job with Watermark in Lowell. Pat Frye was strong willed and gentle. He was kind and trusting, a fiercely loyal protector of his family and his friends. He grew up proud of his multifaceted heritage and deeply loved for the treasure he was to his parents, his brother, and all of the members of his extended family and friends. Surviving Patrick in addition to his parents Mark and Teresa are his brother and first best friend, Michael A. Frye, a student at UMass Lowell; his paternal grandmother, Geraldine Gagne and her late husband Ronald of Acton, his paternal grandfather, Louis Frye and his wife Irene of Virginia; his aunts and uncles, Mary (Durkin) Vergados and her husband Steve of Lowell, his Godfather, Joseph Durkin and his wife Pamela (Theokas) Durkin, of Pelham, NH, Alice (Durkin) Leboeuf and her husband Robert of Tyngsboro, Michael Durkin and his wife Karen (Clark) Durkin of Lowell, his Godmother, Ann (Durkin) Paulo and her husband Anthony of Tyngsboro, James Durkin and his wife Kate (Lynch) Durkin of Lowell, and Margaret Durkin of Lowell, Robert Frye of Dunstable, Steven Frye and his wife Darlene Frye of Lee, NH, Christine Frye of Annapolis, MD; many grand aunts and grand uncles including Sr. Mary Ryan, SND; his cousins, Julie Simineau and her husband Kevin Simineau, Abby Vergados, William Durkin, Ryan Durkin, Robert Leboeuf, Addie Leboeuf, Frances Leboeuf, Nellie Durkin, Olivia Paulo, William Paulo, Joseph Paulo, Sarah Durkin, Katie Durkin, Adam Frye, Marshall Frye, Harrison Frye, Jordon Frye, Kyle Frye, Rhea Frye, Dana Frye, Miceala Frye, and Ethan Frye; and many close friends. Patrick was also the grandson of the late Harold J. Durkin and Frances D. (Ryan) Durkin and nephew of the late Stuart Frye. FRYE In Boston, October 27, 2007. Patrick A.
