Dear Gloria and Family:

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Billy originally in a professional capacity and found him to be a genuinely kind and caring human being. He also had some very funny stories to tell me about some of my family members and mutual friends. I wish I knew him longer but it was a true honor and pleasure to have had the opportunity to share some quality time and laughs with him. God Bless Billy and Your Family.

He was one hellava guy with a great sense of humor. I still quote alot of his stories to people. He will always have a special place in my heart.
