JoAnn was under my supervision at the VA for about 7 years. She was loyal, committed and always reliable, but above all she was concerned and willing to assist her fellow employees and help the patients. I am so sad to hear or her passing. I will never forget her. She was an employee who was
always concerned about her fellow employees and the patients we served.

JoAnn was truly a sincere and caring person and friend. I worked with JoAnn for many years at the VA, when she worked in MAS. Our jobs took us in different directions at the VA we still remained friends over this 20 span.
She will be missed by all who knew her.
Thoughts and prayers to her family and extended family.

I worked for several years both with JoAnn and with her Mom-in-law, Lorraine at the VA Hospital in Bedford.

In case the weather doesn't cooperate and I can't make the trip to Nashua, I wanted to relay my condolences to all members of the Lowe family. JoAnn was a fighter but even fighters get tired some times and the fight was a long one for JoAnn and for her family who supported her.

Here's hoping that the love and support of JoAnn's friends, colleagues and extended family will carry you all through this most difficult time.
