Roberta C. White

Roberta C. White born in Billerica; 65 WILMINGTON Roberta C. White, age 65, of Wilmington, died December 10th, in her home following a lengthy illness. She was the beloved wife of Gerald S. White of Wilmington and the late Donald Hare. Born in Billerica she was the daughter of the late Bertha (Jollimore) and Joseph R. Plourde. Roberta was a Wilmington resident for well over thirty years. Mostly devoted to her family, she did work for many years as a nurse' aid and also worked as a bookkeeper at Harvard University. In years past Roberta was very active with the Bedford Masons along with her late husband, Donald Hare. In addition to her husband Gerald, Roberta is survived by her children, Melvin Hare, James Hare and Gerald White Jr all of Wilmington, and Mary Crossley of Newington, NH. She is also survived by her loving grandchildren, Morgan A. Crossley and Corrie L. Crossley both of Lowell. She is further survived by her sister Joanie Matell and her brother, Nelson R. Plourde of Tewksbury. WHITE Roberta C., age 65, died Dec. 10, 2007 in Wilmington. Her funeral service will be held from the Dello Russo - Cavanaugh Funeral Home 374 Main St. Wilmington, Friday, December 14th, at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Dorothy Church, Main St., Wilmington, at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Thursday 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 p.m. Services will conclude with burial at Wildwood Cemetery, Wilmington.
