As a pre-teen, my teeth were certainly not in good shape as far as alignment. When my parents 'made' me go to Dr. Lisenby, I can remember thinking I'm not going to do this. But after some 30 plus years, I am thankful that my parents cared enough to make sure I had a good doctor and that doctor was Dr. Lisenby. Many times when I didn't do my part and Dr. Lisenby would scold me, I would say "I'm not going back", but I always did. I am thankful for Dr. Lisenby's dedication to his patients and although he could be firm (usually because his patients did not do what he asked them to), he cared and did what was best for us. My prayers are with his family. May God Bless!

Clay and Family,

You are all in our thoughts and prayers. Your Dad treated my mom and also treated me for about 8 or so years and then recommended me to you (Clay) as a dentist. Dr. Lisenby was a fine man and loved all his patients. Please know that he is not suffering anymore and God has had his hand on him all the time. He has now moved on to a greater place. Cherish all the good memories of his days on earth with you.
