Our deepest sympathy to all of Bud's family. Although we met him, we never had a chance to get to know him well but we know how close you all were to him. Barbara & Leon Hawkins (Kathie's Mom & Dad)

Greetings Ginny, Larry, Chuck, Beth and the family---My wife, Carole and I were very saddened to hear of the passing of Bud. I was fortunate to meet Bud while Reed and I were roommates in Arlington, Va. When I would visit Great Diamond one of the great joys was visiting with Bud. He was certainly a champion of the oral tradition as he spun tales about just about anything, and on just about any subject. And with that marvelous New England accent!! We will truly miss him!! God bless you all!! John and Carole Hughes

As a Mining Engineering student 48-52, I will never forget the classes I had under Mr Fisher. He was an inspiration to all of his students!

We are so sorry to receive this news and just want you to know we are thinking about you all. We have many happy memories of "hanging out" at your house with both your parents cheerfully welcoming us. Love to all.

To the family of Irving S. Fisher: My sincere condolence on the death of your loved one. A happy family with a joyous spirit makes "home" delightful. Unforgettable family experiences, humorous incidents and joint activities over the years build up fond memories of "home."Yes, fond memories will remain in the heart of those who have lost loved ones in death. The Bible tells us to rejoice with people who rejoice and to weep with people who weep. (Romans 12:15) What a time for rejoicing when our loved ones will be welcomed back from the dead! (John 5:28,29) The Bible's promise of tears being wiped from our (your) faces is evidence of God's love for us. (Isaiah 25:8; Revelation 21:3,4). Please, may the loving God of all Comfort continue to be with you.
