Clyde N. Johnson

Clyde N. Johnson, 54 OLD ORCHARD BEACH -- Clyde N. Johnson, 54, formally of Gorham, passed away peacefully March 5, 2009. He was born Nov. 4, 1954, the son of Robert and Carole Smith Johnson. He was a 1973 graduate of Gorham High School. Clyde worked for many years for several construction companies including Shaw Brothers, White Brothers, and R.J. Grondin. Clyde's hobbies included quiet time with family and his pets, collecting antiques, fishing and hunting, fixing things, and scenic country drives. He was predeceased by his parents. Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Shilo and Robert Goodhue, son, Steven Johnson; long time companion, Sharon Hubbard; step-children, Michelle, Denise and Ron Hubbard; step-mother, Bettie Johnson; uncle and aunt, Paul and Fannie Smith of Florida; two sisters, Laura Smith and Tracie Tracy; six grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews and their families and a large extended family. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, March 10, at the Dolby Funeral Chapel, 434 River Rd., Windham from 1-3 p.m. A graveside service will be held in the spring. Clyde N. Johnson
