Gail Gentry Obituary

Gail A. Gentry, 64 SACO -- Gail A. Gentry, 64, of Saco, died Friday, March 6, 2009, at home following a courageous battle with lung cancer. She was born on Aug. 7, 1944, the daughter of Raymond and Vera Kinney Cullins of Easton. Gail graduated from Easton High School and attended Husson College in Bangor. After leaving college, Gail lived in Florida for a short period, in Massachusetts for over 30 years and Saco since 2003. Gail loved music and enjoyed playing the piano. She was an extremely generous person who liked to help others. Gail worked for Raytheon Company in Massachusetts for 24 years, retiring in 2001. Gail is survived by her husband of 34 years, Richard; her mother Vera Cullins of Easton; two brothers, Darrell Cullins and wife Bernice of Frankfort, Germany and Dale Cullins of Santa Rosa, Calif. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Gail is predeceased by her father Raymond Cullins; and twin brother, Gaylen Cullins. Gail's funeral will be held at Burke-Magaliozzi Funeral Home, 390 North Main St., Andover, Mass., at 10 a.m., on Tuesday, March 10, followed by a service at the chapel at West Parish. Burial will be at West Parish Garden Cemetery in Andover, Mass. Those who wish may make contributions in Gail's memory to: Bible Baptist Church 146 Ferry Rd. So sorry to hear of Gail's death. We went to school together in Easton and I have a lot of very wonderful memories of those fun filled years at Easton High. Didn't see much of her after high school though.
