"I was deeply saddened to hear of the death of your mother today. She was a breath of fresh air as Lwaxana & never failed to make me laugh. My husband & I grew up watching original Star Trek & we raised our son on all of it - the series, the movies...the legends. My mother died in March of 2009 but I have recordings of her singing so she is never really far from me. When I have a bad "missing mom" day I just pop in a tape & there she is. You will have that advantage now too - finding a channel showing something 'Roddenberry' isn't going to be hard - and there she'll be.
Again, my family's most sincere sympathies are with you and your family at this time."
