December 28, 2014 "So sorry to learn of Mr. Defanco death. As I was born and raised in Scranton, I think Buddy was associated with Elliot Lawrence at WCAU, in Philadelphia. As I try to remember, they all came up on THE CHILDRENS HOUR, a radio show from WCAU. I remember he also led THE STAN KENTON ORCHESTRA for a time.
