May 22, 2019 "I still find hard to believe it. Niki Lauda is dead. No, it can't be true! Giants like you just don't do those things. I met Niki Lauda once. I was back 1984 at Australia GP, when it was not part of calendar. He was very approachable, no PR or minders. We talked briefly about him, but mostly about another great Austrian (born in Germany), Karl Jochen Rindt. He signed autograph and I took a few photos. I can only say thank you for your drives, your books, for memories. Enjoy zooming around big circuit in the sky, in proper F1 car with proper manual transmission, not slot machine with paddles on steering column! My deepest condolences to family and friends. Rest In Peace, mate! " - Albert Kuperman (Melbourne, Australia)
May 21, 2019 "With his passing I lost a part of my childhood.. Rest In Peace my hero " - Adam Smietanka (Burlington, ON)
