Douglas I. Ramsay, 65, of Germantown, Tenn., died May 22, 2013 at Methodist Germantown Hospital. He was born Aug. 8, 1947, in Holyoke, MA and grew up in Holyoke and Brockton, Mass. He joined the US Air Force in 1966 and served at Bergstrom AFB in Austin, TX and Osceola AFB in Osceola, WI and was a Vietnam Veteran. He married Shirley Barnd, Jan. 4, 1969.
