Normand E. Girard, of Winchester, passed away May 20, 2012. He was the loving, caring husband of 54 years to Nancysue (Carroll) Girard. Born in Hartford, CT, Norm was a graduate of Meriden High School and the University of Connecticut at Storrs. He continued his education at Yale University School of Public Health, graduating in 1957.
