ALFONSO SANCHEZ Alfonso Rodriguez Sanchez, 76, a native Nevadan, passed away May 19, 2013, at home, surrounded by all his family. He was born July 23, 1936, to the late Herlindo and Porfiria Sanchez, in Sloan. Alfonso graduated from Las Vegas High School in 1954. He married Socorro Sanchez in Las Vegas, where they resided until his passing. Alfonso served in the U.S. Army in 1959 and full filled his duties.
