RANGEL, Tiofilo P. "Frank" 91, of Wesley Chapel, passed away at home on May 19, 2013. He was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Virginia, as well as 6 sisters and 1 brother. Survivors include daughters, Anna (George) Boone, Judy (David) Van Bremen; 2 granddaughters; 6 grandsons; 5 great-grand-children; as well as many nieces and nephews.
