Edward Lester Dutton Surrounded by family and friends, Edward (Ed) Dutton 63, passed away on May 10, 2013 at his home in Marblemount, WA after a courageous battle with Esophageal Cancer. Ed was born in Moline, Illinois on August 6, 1949. His family moved to Everett, Washington when Ed was six years old. Ed attended Everett schools and graduated from Cascade High School in 1967.
