Funeral service for Claudine Smith Ball, 78, of Hartselle, will be Tuesday, April 9, 2013, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with The Reverand Virgel Crisp officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Bethel Baptist Cemetery.

Visitation will be tonight from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Ball died on Saturday, April 6, 2013, at her residence. She was born February 2, 1935, in Morgan County to Grady L. Smith and Alma Neomi (Pate) Smith. Mrs. Ball was a long time member of Hartselle First Church of the Nazarene. She was retired from Prestolite in Decatur after 33 Years of service and she was a breast cancer survivor. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leldon Ball; and her parents.

Survivors include her children, Angie Wilemon, (Tim), Warrior, AL, Randy Ball, Hartselle, Linda Nelson (J.R.), Hartselle, and Michel Ball, (Debbie), Madison; eight grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren; and her

caregiver, Dena Childers.

Pallbearers will be will be grandsons.
