Carl Stanley King Raleigh Carl Stanley King, of Raleigh, died on June 13, 2013. Carl was born on February 9, 1934 in Salisbury, N.C. to the late Clayborne Stanford King and Vivian Kester King. Mr. King had a distinguished life most of which he spent in the United States Army retiring in 1983 as a Lieutenant Colonel.
