William R. "Bill" Shroyer age 95, a long-time resident of Dover, died Sunday, May 19, 2013, in Community Hospice House at New Philadelphia with his family at his side. Bill had battled cancer since February. Born October 26, 1917 at Coshocton, he was a son of the late Ray and Celia Eckleberry Shroyer.
