John Van Slochteren 1916 - 2013 John Van Slochteren, 96, of Bristol, Wis., passed away Saturday, May 18, 2013 at his home. He was born Nov. 30, 1916, in Eagle, Wis., the son of the late Cornelius and Nettie (VanVuren) Van Slochteren.
