SAJONC, Charles Eugene "Gene," 88, of Richmond, passed away on July 10, 2013. He was born in Rochester, N.Y. in 1925. Charles proudly served in the U.S. Army during WWII, where he was awarded a Purple Heart and a Bronze Star. He married Marjorie Saile and had five wonderful children whom he is survived by, Kathy, Karen, Kristy, Charlie and Keith.
