Donald R. Kelley, 89. passed on to the Lord at the Bel-Aire Nursing home in Newport, Vermont on Monday January 14, 2019. He was born at home in Sheffield, Vermont on July 12, 1929, the son of John Kelley and Bernice (Kelley) Fox. He had one sister, Kathleen (Kaye) Heath, who predeceased him in 1977.
