Colorado Movie Theater Shootings Memorial Site

Early in the morning of Friday, July 20, 2012, a gunman opened fire in a crowded movie theater in Aurora, Colorado, during a midnight screening of the latest Batman movie, "The Dark Knight Rises." Twelve people, including one 6-year-old child, were killed, and nearly 60 more were injured.
