Leonard A. Todd of Lompoc died Saturday, May 11, 2013, at the age of 88. Leonard was born March 1, 1925, in Worcester, Massachusetts to Leonard and Clara Todd. He served in the United States Army during WWII and was held as a prisoner of war in Germany and was awarded the Purple Heart. He came to Lompoc in 1950, and briefly worked for the Denholm Seed Company. He then went to work for Camp Cooke in land management and retired as a facility manager for Vandenberg Air Force Base in 1985. ...
