James Braga Loving father, grandfather, and brother; 88 LOWELL -- James Braga, 88, a lifelong Lowell resident, died Thursday, May 16, 2013, after a short illness. He was the husband of the late Marguerite (Cayer) Braga with whom he celebrated 61 years of marriage prior to her death in 2008.
