NORTH ATTLEBORO - Elizabeth A. Piper, 69, of Kelley Boulevard died Sunday, November 18, 2012 in the Philip Hulitar Hospice House in Providence, RI after a brief illness. She was the loving wife of Arlon Piper for nearly 30 years.
Born July 26, 1943 in Attleboro, she was a daughter of the late Parker and Jessica (Thornton) Perreault.
Elizabeth grew up in Plainville and attended King Philip High School. She has been a resident of North Attleboro since 1968.
Elizabeth worked as a realtor at Century 21 Ed Pariseau, Realtors for 26 years before retiring several years ago.
She was a longtime member of the B.P.O.E. "Elks" in North Attleboro and a communicant of Sacred Heart Church. Beth loved spending time in her garden. She was dedicated to her pets and to feeding the wildlife that frequented her yard.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons: Raymond Merigold III and Scott Merigold both of North Attleboro; a sister, Shirley Babbitt of Plainville and three granddaughters: Lynne and Karissa and Jaiden Merigold.
She was predeceased by a sister, Donna Drinkwater.
A Memorial Mass will be held in Sacred Heart Church, 58 Church Street, North Attleboro on Saturday, December 1, 2012 at 9 a.m.
