Pte. Mark Graham, based in Petawawa, died in a friendly fire incident on September 4, 2006. Graham, 33, was a member of the Canada's relay team at the Barcelona Olympics in 1992. He was described by high school coach Dan Clark as a "once in a lifetime athlete."
