DOW, Harriet Mary Bloom 90, of Spring Hill, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 20, 2013. She was born on June 6, 1922 in Detroit, MI, to Verne and Lydia Bloom. She retired after many years with Cadillac of General Motors and was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. She enjoyed reading and bingo. She was predeceased by her husband, Melvin E. Dow.
