TIPP CITY - Martha J. Couch, 74, of Tipp City, passed away 4:30 a.m. Sunday, May 19, 2013, at SpringMeade HealthCenter in Tipp City. She was born Dec. 30, 1938, in Whitesville, W.Va. to the late Christy and Della (Vault) Gee. She was married to Verlin Couch on Aug. 18, 1971, and he survives.
