"Well, Stephen, it finally seems as if a little bit of closure has been given to us on account of BP and those men being held accountable. It's almost a breath of relief and how strange is it that this happens so close to Thanksgiving? Rest in Peace with God and know that we are all well, though we miss you every day. While this news takes me back to Day One, I'm at peace in knowing that our losing you for time being will not go unpunished.

I'm very sad to learn about Stephen. I worked with him on the Ocean America, and on the Ocean Confidence while it was in the shipyard in Sabine Pass, TX.
I remember him as always having a smile, and always being a positive person, and never failing to lend a helping hand to anyone.
