Richard Neil Patman was born August 11, 1939 in Los Angeles, California to Leona and Jack Patman. He passed away June 18, 2013. Richard was a graduate of Los Angeles High School class of 1957 and University of Southern California, Class of 1961. He met his wife, Esta, taking the GRE at Harvard University in Cambridge, Mass.
