HEAL, Carl C. Carl C. Heal, 82, of South Windsor, beloved husband of the late Arlene (Cooper) Heal died Tuesday, (June 18, 2013) at home. Born in Camden, ME on Jan. 9, 1931 son of the late Arthur T. and Evelyn (Horton) Heal he had lived in South Windsor for the past 55 years. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Korean War.
