NEWPORT - Charles Thomas Keegan Sr., 70, died May 16, 2013, at his daughter's residence in Waterville. He was born April 9, 1943, in Newport, son of William and Mabel (Spratt) Keegan. He joined the U.S. Marine Corps at age 17 and was honorably discharged in 1964 after having served in Vietnam. He leaves behind son, Thomas of Plymouth; daughter, April Endicott of Waterville; his precious granddaughter who was the light of his life, Lauren Endicott, also of Waterville. Friends may call...
