Horace E. Sherman, 81, of Camillus , passed away Saturday at home. Born in Elbridge, he lived in Camillus since 1968. He attended Auburn Central High School and was a Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War. Horace retired in 1996 after 37 years with Mead and Southern Container. He was a communicant of St. Joseph's Church. An avid bowler, Yankees, and Giants fan, he also enjoyed golfing, playing cards and horse racing. He loved spending time with his family.
