Jack Arnold Berg Obituary

Berg, Jack Arnold A Hero has left us. Jack Arnold Berg, age 67 of Port St. Lucie, Florida, passed away on March 9th, 2013 at Treasure Coast Hospice. Preceded in death by father, Lloyd Berg, mother, Louise Berg, and sister, Holly Babcock of Plymouth MN. Survived by sister, Sharon Bretto of Rochester MN and many nieces and nephews. Jack joined the Marine Corps and served in Vietnam upon Graduation from Bloomington High in Minneapolis. Four years later he returned to Minnesota and followed in his dad's footsteps by becoming a Minneapolis Police Officer. He served for 26 years. He was married and divorced and retired to live in Florida. There will be a memorial gathering for Jack at Nye's Polonaise Palace in NE Mpls on Saturday, August 24th from 12-4 pm.
