Hagens, Jr. WRIGHTSVILLE Frederick G. "Fred" Hagens, Jr., 59, died on Tuesday, May 21, 2013, at M.S. Hershey Medical Center. He was the husband of Barbara Whitsel. Born in Colver, on July 3, 1953, he was the son of the late Frederick G. Hagens, Sr. and the late Marie C. (Lindrose) Hagens. Fred was a 1971 graduate of York Vo-Tech.
