SHALIMAR, Fla. Samuel “Jack” Colburn, age 69, of Shalimar, Fla., passed away Monday, May 13, 2013, at his home. He was born May 28, 1943, in Northport, Alabama to Samuel R. Colburn and Effie Mae Barger. He proudly served his country as a veteran of the U.S. Navy and was retired from Vitro/BAE after 40 years of service.
