George Francis LoScalzo George Franis LoScalzo passed away May 12, 2013 at the age of 87. He was born in Manhattan, New York February 15, 1926 to Theresa Digilio and Michael LoScalzo. "Sonny" was captain of the basketball team and played shortstop for St. Luke's high school in Hohokus, N.J. His ambition was to play in the Major Leagues. He had a try out with the N.Y.
