LeRoy G. Parker Lansing Born on July 29, 1923 in Grand Ledge, the son of the late Kenneth and Dorothy (Cole) Parker, passed away May 19, 2013 at the age of 89. He traveled the world while serving in the US Navy Armed Guard during World War II, and returned to a lifelong residency in Lansing. LeRoy retired from the US Postal Service in 1981 after many years of service.
