Navy Memorial: Remembering the life, death and legacy of Joseph Broussard Jr.
A retired educator/band director and native and resident of Baton Rouge, he died Tuesday, June 18, 2013. He was a U.S. Navy veteran. Visiting at Hall's Celebration Center, 9348 Scenic Highway, on Friday, June 21, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Visiting at the center on Saturday from 1 p.m. until service at 3:30 p.m., conducted by Pastor Willie Mae Franklin.
