BRANDAU, Herman F., 91, of Lake Wales, Fla., passed away on Wednesday, June 19, 2013 of heart failure. He was a retired vice president of Kayhoe Construction Corp, a member of First Baptist Church of Lake Wales and a former member of North Run Baptist Church, Richmond, Va., where he served as deacon and treasurer. He was a veteran of World War II, where he served as Chief Petty Officer in the U.S. Navy. He is survived by two sons, Ken Brandau of Newport News, Va., Kevin Brandau of Winter Haven, Fla.; daughter, Kimberly Brandau of Sebring, Fla.; five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. A memorial service will be held at Lake Shipp Baptist Church, 92 High St., Winter Haven, Fla., on Saturday, June 29, 2013 at 10 a.m. Condolences may be made to
