David Randall Hays Jr., M.D., of Fincastle, died May 23, 2012. He was born April 29, 1924, in Chicago, Ill., to the late Elizabeth Ronne Hays and David Randall Hays. He is survived by his wife, Jane Kessell Hays, his three children, Susan Hays, of Fincastle, Deborah Reardon (Charles), of Haverford, and David Randall Hays III (Sharon), of Lakeville, Mass., five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
