Tiner J. Lamancusa, 64, of New Cumberland died Monday, June 17, 2013 at Harrisburg Hospital. An Air Force Veteran he obtained the rank of Staff Sergeant during the Vietnam War. He received his Masters Degree in American Studies from Penn State University. He was a retired marketer from the Catholic Diocese of Harrisburg.
