William Alfred Hankins, 78, of Stroudsburg, passed away on Father's Day Sunday June 16, 2013 from Chronic Lymphoid Leukemia at his home. He was the husband of Judith (Ratcliff) Hankins, they were married for 56 years. Born July 4, 1934, in Indianapolis, Indiana, the son of the late William R. and Emma (Laube) Hankins.
