May 03, 2017 "Don Marshall was my favorite actor as a child. It didn't matter what I was doing on Sunday evening when Land of the Giants came on I was in the house parked at the TV. My sister ran into him on my 49th birthday in Las Vegas. She told him about my crush I had on him for years. He signed a picture of himself and wished me a Happy Birthday. He sent his phone number and we talked a couple of times and I got to also meet him once. I will truly miss him. Rest in paradise Don." - Liza Evans (Los Angeles, CA)
April 22, 2017 "I found out about Mr. Marshall's passing in March 2017. I grew up watching him on Star Trek and Land of the Giants. Being one of the few African Americans on television in the 60's made Mr. Marshall was a real trailblazer. I will truly miss him and will never forget his contributions to Television history, African American History and American History. I was told by a friend that knew him that "Don was a great guy!" My deepest condolences to his family. God bless you Don. RIP." - F. Stan (Los Angeles, CA)
