Aaron Wayne Sivils Obituary

August 29, 1989 – December 25, 2012

Aaron Wayne Sivils, 23, of Bryan, passed away on Tuesday, December 25, 2012. Aaron was born August 29, 1989 in Bryan, Texas. He attended school in Bryan and played football and baseball, graduating in 2006. He attended Blinn Jr. College and Texas A&M University. He resided in San Marcos and worked as a Firefighter/EMT for the Lockhart Fire Department in Lockhart, Texas.

Aaron is survived by his parents, Nathan and Cherie Sivils of Bryan; sister, Katelyn Sivils of Bryan; fiancé, Dana Parsons of San Marcos; grandparents, Dolores and Hugo Hein, Jr. of College Station, Carol Sivils of Tilton, Illinois; great grandmother, Jeanette Ritter of Danville, Illinois; uncles and aunts, Joel and Mary Hein of College Station, Shain and Gwen Sivils of Lafayette, Indiana, Roy Carl and Misty Sivils of Elkhart, Indiana, and Chrystal and Joe Slayton of Elkhart, Indiana. Aaron leaves behind many good friends and extended family.

The things Aaron was most passionate about, after his loved ones, were Green Bay Packers football, hunting and fishing, and tubing in the river. He will be remembered for his loyalty and faithfulness to others.

Visitation will be held Friday, December 28, from 6:00 -8:00 p.m. Services will be on Saturday, December 29, at 11:00 a.m. at Central Baptist Church in Bryan, TX. The service will be conducted by Rev. Mike Curry, former pastor of Christ's Way Baptist Church. Aaron will be interred at College Station Memorial Cemetery.

Stephen Rhodes, Gary Ebner, Chance Bishop, Jason Johnston, Jason McBride, Casey McDonald, Joshua Wallace, Mike Thibodeaux and Lockhart Fire Rescue personnel will serve as Aaron's pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Lockhart Fire Rescue, 201 West Market St., Lockhart, TX 78644 or Christ's Way Baptist Church 3885 Copperfield Dr. Bryan, TX 77802
