Shriner John Franklin Shriner, M.D., age 90, a native of Foley, AL and a resident of Fairhope, AL, passed away Monday, May 20, 2013. He received his M.D. from Tulane University. Dr. Shriner was a pediatrician in private practice in Mobile for many years and later worked with the Child Advocacy Center of Mobile.
